Request deletion of your data

You may request deletion of personal information that Maxout Insurance holds about you. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.

How to make a request

Email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include your name and the email address or phone number you used with us so we can locate the correct record.

Do not send Social Security numbers, bank-account numbers, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive financial information in your request. If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you using a safe method.

What happens next

We will review your request, confirm the information needed to identify your record, and process it in accordance with applicable law and our retention obligations. Opting out of text messages is separate: reply STOP to a Maxout Insurance text message at any time.
