MAXOUT CRM / AI CALL ASSISTANCE
Maxout CRM supports an organized call workflow with contact context, notes, activity, and available AI-assisted call support. It is designed to reduce manual record keeping and help agents preserve what matters from a client conversation.
WHAT THE WORKSPACE SUPPORTS
Bring lead details, activity, notes, and appointments into view before or during the conversation.
Keep call outcomes, notes, and available transcript or summary information associated with the contact.
Translate the outcome of a call into the next task, message, appointment, or pipeline action.
HOW IT FITS INTO THE DAY
STEP 01
Understand the current lead stage and prior activity before the conversation starts.
STEP 02
Use available scripts, workflow guidance, and contact information to keep the interaction organized.
STEP 03
Save the relevant outcome and create follow-up while the conversation is still fresh.
Setup note
AI-assisted features are designed to support operational work. They do not provide insurance, legal, tax, or compliance advice, and agents remain responsible for the conversations and recommendations they make.
AI call assistance listens to your call as text and shows a suggested next line on your screen. In Maxout CRM it draws on the lead’s record, your rate tables and your calendar, and you decide what to say.
It is a live coach that reads the words of your call as they are spoken and suggests what to say next. Speech-to-text turns the audio into words, and a language model writes the next line on a card, a bit like a teleprompter.
It does not speak to the lead or place calls for you. You read, change or ignore each suggestion. If you want an AI that dials and talks on its own, that is a different kind of product.
You see the suggested next line, a profile drawer for facts you collect, and a calendar picker for booking. The card updates as the lead speaks.
The model also sees the lead’s CRM record, what has been said on the call, your rate tables and your calendar. That keeps a suggestion tied to the person on the line.
Prices come from your rate tables, not from the model’s memory. This keeps a made-up number from reaching a lead.
The coach never asks the lead’s gender, and it does not guess it. You tap it in the call profile, along with tobacco use, product and height and weight. When the lead says a height and weight out loud, the coach reads it as a build, so “six five, about two fifty” is 6 feet 5 inches and 250 pounds and not money.
If a lead asks to be removed on a call, the CRM marks that lead do-not-call. The dialer then skips them and the drip stops.
You should still say the request back to the lead and end the call politely. The coach helps with the words, but the lead’s request is what matters, and you are responsible for honoring it.
Yes. Tap “Begin application” and the AI goes off. It is meant for the moment the client starts giving personal and health details.
The recording, a transcript and an AI summary are saved on the lead. The summary pulls out details such as height, tobacco use, coverage amount and any appointment.
Read those details before you act on them. A summary can miss or mishear a number, especially on a bad line. Recording laws vary by state, and some need every person on the call to agree, so give the notice your state requires.
It uses credits from your plan, like texting and other AI features. When your balance reaches zero, the coach stops along with other paid actions until you add credits.
You can see the balance and the warnings in the CRM. Auto-refill is optional.
It helps most when you are newer, when you hire callers, or when you want a steady answer to common objections. It helps least when you already have a script you like.
No. AI assistance can organize information and support preparation, but a licensed professional remains responsible for advice, suitability, and client communication.
Call activity and notes can be retained in the relevant contact workflow, subject to the user’s configuration and applicable policies.
The workspace can support preparation and call context. Teams should ensure all scripts and product discussions are accurate and appropriate for their business.
No. It writes suggestions on your screen. You say the words, or change them, or skip them.
From your rate tables. The model is not asked to remember or guess a price.
No. You tap gender in the call profile. The coach never asks and never guesses.
The AI turns off, the audio going to speech-to-text is replaced with silence, transcript lines are dropped and the recording pauses. A fixed application guide appears. Resume AI turns it back on.
The CRM marks the lead do-not-call, so the dialer skips them and the drip stops. You should still acknowledge the request on the call.
Yes for the call itself: phone calls are billed per answered minute in credits. The AI coach is billed by use from the same credit pool as texts. Ask on the demo call how many credits a typical call uses.
No. It helps a person who is on the call. Platforms like AgentSuite and Onyx’s Elite tier sell AI voice agents that place or answer calls, and our compare pages explain where they fit.
