Lead-aware dialing
Open a call with the lead’s details, activity, notes, and next-action context close at hand.
MAXOUT CRM / CALL CENTER
Maxout CRM connects calling activity to lead records, scripts, outcomes, notes, and follow-up. The goal is a cleaner calling process for insurance agents: know who to call, see the relevant context, capture the outcome, and move the lead to the right next action.
WHAT THE WORKSPACE SUPPORTS
Open a call with the lead’s details, activity, notes, and next-action context close at hand.
Log an outcome and turn it into a follow-up, appointment, note, or message workflow without losing the call context.
Use available call transcripts, summaries, scripts, and coaching support to prepare agents for stronger follow-up.
HOW IT FITS INTO THE DAY
STEP 01
Filter or select the contacts that belong in the next calling session.
STEP 02
Use lead history and relevant scripts or information while the conversation is active.
STEP 03
Capture the result and immediately create the appropriate next step for the agent or team.
Setup note
Calling features depend on the user’s selected communication configuration, number setup, permissions, and applicable calling rules. Maxout supports responsible workflows but does not replace the customer’s legal or compliance review.
An insurance power dialer calls your lead queue and connects you when a person answers. Maxout CRM dials up to two leads at a time from the browser or your cell phone, hangs up on voicemail, skips leads you should not call and logs each call on the lead.
A power dialer automatically dials the next lead in your list so you do not type numbers. You stay on the call, and the dialer does the waiting. It sits between a manual dial pad and a predictive dialer.
A predictive dialer rings many numbers per agent and guesses when you will be free. That can leave people answering to silence. Maxout’s dialer is a two-line power dialer, not a predictive one, so it rings at most two leads at once for each agent.
The dialer rings two leads, connects you to the first real person, and lets the other line finish on its own. Both lines are included in your subscription.
A late pick-up means someone heard a hang-up, and we do not hide that. The log lets you see how often it happens and adjust.
The queue skips leads that are marked do-not-call, outside calling hours or already tried too often. These are the defaults.
| Rule | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Do not call | Always on | Leads marked Do Not Contact or do-not-call are never dialed, even by hand. |
| Calling hours | 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. | Measured in the lead’s state time zone, or yours if the lead has no state. |
| Attempts per day | 3 | Stops dialing one lead over and over in a day. |
| Total attempts | Optional cap | Lets you set a lifetime limit per lead. |
| Retry window | 7 days | Spaces out attempts on the same lead. |
| Ring time | 40 seconds | How long a line rings before the dialer moves on. |
Federal rules bar telephone solicitations to residential lines before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. in the called person’s time. The default window is tighter than that, and some states are stricter still.
You choose one of three modes: a single number, a rotating set of numbers, or local presence. Local presence picks a number that matches the lead’s area code, then the same state, then any number in the pool, and it prefers the number last used with that lead.
Matching the area code can help, but no setting guarantees a call is answered or that carriers will not label it as spam. Calls go out from the company dialer numbers, and the system keeps agents from using the same number at once.
Yes. You hold one live audio line, either in your browser over the internet (VoIP) or on your cell phone through a bridge. Pick the one that fits where you work, and switch when you need to.
The browser option works best with a headset and a steady connection. The phone option rings your cell phone, so it depends on your signal. A mobile call screen is built in.
Look for a dialer that logs by itself, skips bad leads by itself and lets you see its numbers. A dialer bolted on from another vendor often misses one of these.
The call is recorded, transcribed and summarized on the lead, and the summary picks out details such as height, tobacco use, coverage amount and any appointment. Check those details before you rely on them.
During the call, the live call coach can suggest lines. The Call Center also shows your daily call allowance. Hired callers can use a Dialer user login that works the queue only. It cannot text or dial by hand, and it has its own daily limit.
The dialer applies rules inside the CRM, but you remain responsible for the law. Check these before every campaign.
No. Dialer modes and calling rules differ. Agencies should choose an approach that fits their team, list quality, consent, and regulatory requirements.
Yes. Call outcomes can be tied to contact records, notes, messaging, tasks, and appointment workflows.
The agency and user remain responsible for their lists, consent, calling practices, time-zone restrictions, and legal/compliance obligations.
No. It is a two-line power dialer. It rings up to two leads at once for each agent, connects you to the first live person and lets the other line finish on its own.
Up to two. Both lines are included in your subscription.
Answering-machine detection hangs up and the slot fills with the next lead. Silence, fax and unclear answers are treated the same way.
Yes, any lead marked do-not-call or Do Not Contact in the CRM is skipped, and manual dial blocks them too. Checking a list against the National Do Not Call Registry before you import it is still your job.
Yes. You can hold your live audio line in the browser or on your cell phone through a bridge.
No. 10DLC applies to texting. Calling still has its own rules on consent, calling hours and Do Not Call lists.
Each agent has a daily call allowance, and manual dialing has its own smaller allowance. Both appear in the Call Center. Admins have no daily limit.
